Honoring Contributions

NWHEL is now accepting nominations for the 2016 Sarah Boatman Excellence in Leadership Award! It is named after Sarah Boatman, one of the founding members of NWHEL.

This award is presented bi-annually to a (senior) faculty, staff, or administrator whose work over their career exemplifies the following:

*creating an environment supportive of achievement for women;

*encouraging women faculty, administrators, staff or students in the development of their talents; (and) or

*serving as a role model of accomplishment for women.

Letters of nomination may be sent to nebraskawhel@gmail.com. The deadline for nominations is September 1, 2016.
